TVS is now ALULA. While our name has evolved, our commitment to quality manufacturing, inclusive employment, and community impact remains stronger than ever.

Producing quality products to help feed the world.

Fostering growth for adults with disabilities & other barriers.

Supporting TVS employees in times of crisis.
We are honored to manufacture and package food that supports our nation’s troops, Americans relying on food pantries, and feeds hungry children in food-insecure nations.
Since 2000, our Mountain Maid brand has been feeding the world. Introduced in partnership with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Mountain Maid instant non-fat dry milk (INDM) is exclusively supplied by TVS to food banks nationwide, ensuring vital nutrition reaches those in need. We also provide multiple baking mixes and nuts to American Troops at home and abroad.
Our focus on quality and innovation allowed us to assist in an R&D project with USAID to reformulate SuperCereal Plus, a food aid product. This cereal serves the nutritional needs of children 6-24 months old at risk of starvation.
We are honored and privileged to be manufacturing and packaging food that supports our nation’s troops worldwide, feeds hungry children in food insecure nations and supports Americans who rely on food pantries across our great country.
As an AbilityOne partner, 75% of our manufacturing workforce is made up of people with disabilities and other life barriers doing the important work of feeding our world.
Commitment to our mission, to and through our people.
For over 50 years, TVS has been dedicated to enhancing the dignity and quality of life for individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment. In our first 30 years, TVS provided support services and employment for hundreds of people by establishing solid relationships with local businesses that respected our purpose-driven work.
Now, supporting our mission is our state-of-the-art dry food manufacturing facility, which provides secure, consistent employment opportunities while producing high-quality food products for a global impact.
Through ongoing contracts with the U.S. Government, TVS manufactures food products that support troops and vulnerable populations worldwide.
This work has fueled the growth of our Mountain Maid brand, now offering a diverse line of 20 dry food products. Our reputation for excellence has also attracted partnerships with leading commercial food and dietary supplement brands, further broadening our impact.
By integrating manufacturing with support services, TVS has created a sustainable model that not only delivers exceptional products but also fosters empowerment, inclusion, and community growth.
Our manufacturing directly supports our mission! TVS provides a wide range of services, including vocational training, support programs, and partnerships with local businesses, helping individuals develop skills, find meaningful work, and achieve greater independence. These services are rooted in the same purpose-driven philosophy that began in 1967 as a day program for adults with developmental disabilities.
