Finding the right path after high school can be very overwhelming.
For students with an IEP or 504 plan, the next steps can be daunting. By working with the NC Division of Employment and Independence for People with Disabilities (EIPD), our experienced Preparation for Employment Success team offers a Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) program. This program is available for students, both from local school systems as well as home schoolers, to support them during their transition from high school into post-graduation.
"We are going into the classrooms and teaching job exploration, workplace readiness, self-advocacy, soft skills and post-secondary information. They are given the support and encouragement to dream about what career they might be interested in and given the work-readiness skills to help them land that dream job."
