Community Housing

Safe and supported homelife options for adults with disabilities.

There are few things as rewarding as living independently. If you have a loved one or a family member living with a disability, the thought of them living independently may seem like a dream that at times is nearly impossible to achieve.

If your loved one needs extra support to live independently, our supported living programs may be just the opportunity they need to take hold of their independence and begin living life to the fullest.

Supported Community Living

Our Supported Community Living provides each community member their own room in our CARF-accredited and licensed homes. Each home is supervised by a Direct Support Professional (DSP), to ensure that life runs smoothly, and each resident is safe and supported. Although DSPs are there to provide guidance, they encourage each person to live as independently as possible. Each resident is free to choose their daily activities whether it’s going out for a meal, spending time with friends, grocery shopping, or just kicking back for the afternoon at home.

Community living group homes allow individuals with disabilities to live independently.

“I appreciate the love and support. There are always people here to help me.”

Independent living allows adults with disabilities the pleasure of living in their own homes.

Supported Independent Living:

If your loved one prefers to live in the comfort of their own home, but needs some extra help, Supported Independent Living may be the best option. A Direct Support Professional (DSP) will provide assistance as needed. Whether it’s providing help overnight or offering transportation for trips to the grocery store, social engagements or a doctor’s appointment, your loved one will have the support they need.

Our community housing programs offer the ideal blend of support and independence allowing each resident to live life to the fullest while providing peace of mind for the important people in their lives.

“It’s nice being in my own home and still have support and help when I need it.”
